Website copywriting
“A personal approach and quality service” sells nothing
That sentence sits on every third website in Bulgaria. A visitor reads it and learns nothing — not what you do, not why you. Good copy says the specific thing your competitors are not brave enough to write down.

What we write and edit
The words on a website have a job to do — not just fill the space.
The first three seconds decide everything. What you offer, who it is for and what to do next — without anyone having to scroll.
Scope, process and price, explained so the client can decide for themselves whether it is for them — and write to you already briefed.
The most read and most neglected page on any site. People, a history and a reason to trust you, instead of vague lines about a team of professionals.
The questions a client never asks out loud — price, timeline, risk. Answered before they turn into a reason not to get in touch.
What happens after the button, and what the person gets. “Submit” is a chore; “Book a free consultation” is a promise.
The copy people read in Google before they ever reach the site. Often your only chance to win the click from a competitor.
How we get to the copy
We listen to how you talk before we write how you sound.
A conversation and specific questions
We ask about your clients, their objections and the projects you are proud of. We record how you explain the service out loud — half the copy is already in there.
First draft and a round of edits
You get the copy page by page, with notes on why it is ordered the way it is. Then we work through one full round of revisions on your feedback.
Final version, ready to publish
A clean version with meta titles and descriptions, ready to go straight into the site — with no need for another read-through.
Why copy is the cheapest change with the biggest effect
Copy works best alongside everything else. It pairs naturally with SEO optimisation when the goal is traffic from Google, with a marketing funnel when the goal is conversion, and with branding when your brand tone of voice is not settled yet. Have a look at all our services too.
Nothing touches the design
Rewriting a headline and reordering a few sections can lift your enquiries without moving a single pixel of the design.
Better-briefed enquiries
When the price and the process are written down honestly, the people who write to you already agree with them. The conversations that were never going to be a deal simply stop happening.
The foundation for everything else
The same sentences go on to work in your ads, your emails and your social posts. A message clarified once pays for itself everywhere.
Frequently asked questions about website copy
Including the honest answer about where we use AI.
How much does website copy cost?
From €50 (BGN 100) to €155 (BGN 300), depending on the number of pages and on whether we are editing existing copy or writing from scratch. Editing finished copy sits at the lower end; a full set of copy for a site of several pages sits at the upper end.
Why should I not write the copy myself?
You can, and it often turns out well — nobody knows your business better than you. The hard part is something else: when you are inside it, writing for someone who knows nothing about you yet is almost impossible. That is where the sentences come from that sound right to you and say nothing to the client.
How will it sound like me and not like an advert?
We start with a conversation and listen to how you explain your service out loud — that is usually where the best copy already lives. Then we put it in order. If you have written posts or replied to enquiries, we read those too, to catch the tone.
Do you write SEO copy as well?
Yes, but in this order: clear for a human first, optimised for the search engine second. Copy stuffed with keywords ranks badly and reads worse. If traffic from Google is the main goal, combine the copy with SEO optimisation.
Do you use AI to write?
We use it for the first draft and for ordering our ideas, but we never send you generated text. Everything is rewritten with your examples, your numbers and your tone — otherwise you end up with exactly that smooth nothing everyone can already spot.
How long does it take?
Usually somewhere between a few days and two weeks, depending on the volume. The hold-up is rarely the writing — it is waiting for information from you, which is why we send specific questions at the start instead of asking for “materials”.
Read your own home page as a stranger would
If it is still not clear what you offer and who it is for by the end of the first screen — request a quote and we will start exactly there.
