Online payments
Between ‘I want it’ and ‘I paid’, do not leave a bank transfer
The client has decided. You send them an IBAN and wait. A day later the enthusiasm has cooled, the transfer has not arrived and you are the one chasing it. Paying by card closes the sale at the moment the person is most willing to close it.

What the integration includes
From the button to the confirmation — including the cases where something goes wrong.
Stripe or another suitable platform, connected to your site. The client pays on the spot, without leaving and without registering.
Additional methods for when you have clients abroad or already use Revolut in your business.
Recurring billing for members areas, training programmes and monthly packages — together with the logic for a failed card.
An email to the client and to you after every payment, with the details you actually need for reporting.
The payment passes the details to your invoicing system or to the spreadsheet you keep — with no manual entry.
A successful payment, a declined card, an interrupted process and a refund — all tested before we go live.
How the integration works
The account is yours; the connection is our job.
We choose the methods
We clarify what you sell, to whom and how often. From there it follows which payment methods you need — and which would only be a distraction.
We connect and test
We set up the account and the connection to the site, then work through the real scenarios, including a declined card and a refund.
We go live
We watch the first payments closely. You get a short guide on where to check the status of a payment and what to do in the event of a dispute.
Why paying by card brings more than convenience
Payments are the last step of something bigger. If you do not yet have a site to carry them, look atwebsite developmentwith an online shop or a members area. To get people as far as the button, amarketing funnel helps, and the after-sales communication is handled byAI automation. See alsoall our services.
The decision does not go cold
Every step between the decision and the payment costs you a share of your buyers. A bank transfer the next day is the most expensive step of the lot.
Less admin
No more checking who has paid and chasing by email. The confirmation arrives automatically, for you and for the client.
Predictable revenue from subscriptions
Recurring billing turns one-off clients into monthly revenue you can actually plan around.
Frequently asked questions about online payments
Which method, whose money it is and what is needed from you.
How much does the integration cost?
From €205 (BGN 400) to €615 (BGN 1,200). A single card payment for one service sits at the lower end. Subscriptions, several payment methods, or a connection to stock levels and invoicing sit at the upper end.
Which payment method should I choose for Bulgaria?
For most services Stripe covers card payments most cleanly and works with Bulgarian bank accounts. PayPal is worth it when you have clients abroad, and Revolut when you already use it in the business. We usually propose one main method plus a bank transfer, rather than six buttons that distract.
Does the money pass through you?
No. The account with the payment platform is yours, registered to your company, and the money goes directly to your bank account. We make the technical connection to the site — we have no access to your funds.
What do you need from me to get started?
A registered company, a bank account and verified identity with the payment platform — that is their requirement, not ours. We help with filling it in, but the registration is done by you, because it is held in your name.
Can I take recurring payments and subscriptions?
Yes — for members areas, monthly packages or training programmes. We set up the recurring billing, the automatic emails on payment and the behaviour when a card fails, which is the part most often overlooked.
Is it secure, and do I have to store card details?
You store nothing. Card details are entered in the payment platform, which is certified for that purpose — your site never sees them. It is also the safest approach legally, because it moves the responsibility to where there are resources to carry it.
How many clients put the transfer off until ‘later’?
